Each new client is supplied with an estimate for their cleaning. This guide price is based upon our spruce Standard Clean, any extra services requested and the size of the property to be visited.

 

Domestic Cleaning Review

If this is acceptable then a member of our staff will come out to your home to meet you, see your property and talk through your cleaning requirements in more detail. At this point we are able to collect and re-tag your keys, pick the best day and time for you and select your cleaner.

 

Individual Cleaning Service

On the day of your first clean we then bring your cleaner along, fully brief her on your property and ensure that she has everything that she needs - you do not even need to be at home.

 

Convenient Payment Terms

Payment is taken on the day before cleaning by debit or credit card. Your receipt is then e-mailed to you as a PDF attachment.
We accept Visa, Solo, Mastercard and Switch cards, cheques and BACS payement. We do not accept American Express at this time.

 

Maintaining Cleaning Standards

Standards are maintained by weekly contact between our office and our clients, regular check-ups on our cleaners while they are working and a positive relationship between our office and cleaning staff.

 

Liability Insurance

SPRUCE has full liability insurance to protect your home or buisness and also employers liability insurance to look after our cleaners.
